It is Northern Colorado University (my daughter's alma matter) Jazz
Press. I think they have 4 of the Niehaus arrangements and 1 original.
We have them for sale.

One customer (and only one) complained that they were full of mistakes
compared to the hand written versions. I have not had the opportunity
to try them yet.
