Due to holidays, first of my dentist, and then of my wife and me I saw my dentist only this week. He referred me to an implantologist I visited yesterday. And yes, all my teeths will be removed. First in the lower jaw, later in the upper one. Monday the treatment will begin. Implants will be brought into my mouth, and what we call bridges will be attached to them. After some period of rest I should be able to play normally again.

A very expensive operation, but before I am too deaf to play I will do it the best and most I can. Poor neighbours: they moved into their house this week and already had to stand six hours of clarinet music and three of claribass... But they say they don't mind.

I want to thank everyone who reacted to my question about playing with artificial teeth. I received many reactions on my home address, and a few on the list.

And that is exactly what makes it such a pleasure to be on this list: the readiness to help one another.
