Hi Rien,
I'm surprised with modern dentist practice that you're facing this problem.
Our oldest band member uses dentures and he's still blowing well at age 85
Top notes are problematic for a while, but they can be recovered. Most
important thing is to find an understanding dentist: most of them hate wind
instruments, and don't understand players' needs.
