Replace a $3.99 "song" with a $399 "software program." Easy to copy with
the click of a button. Is it still OK, if it's just not "commercial"?
The only difference is that stealing sheet music (and recordings) is both
cheap and easy.
Stealing a car is (usually) a felony. Stealing a pack of gum isn't;
shoplifting is (usually) a misdemeanor. Stealing music is . . . still
stealing.
