No but his publisher might. Some of Buddy DeFranco's transactions have
been published.
If we don't all respect copyrights little new music will be produced
because composers won't be able to make a living. No one will complain
if you make these for your own personal education and practice but once
you start sharing them you are violating copyright laws.
