Tom, that would be a great idea if the mixer has a separate effects
loop for each line. I'm not sure it does. I'll check on it.

The Barcus Berry used to sound like total crap, I don't know how this
will sound but I need a isolated signal to drive my pitch rider so I
can trigger some midi events. When I get this rigged into a barrel
I'll post a sound file that A-Bs this and my AKG mic rig that I
normally use on my clarinet. Which in my opinion sounds much better
than the AMT rigs that I've played. That Barcus Berry that went
on the reed was the worse thing ever designed.
Fred can't you sent an effects send to a distortion pedal and mix
that back in. I just tried that and It worked for me, I added wa- wa
too and that sounded wicked cool. And you should play a windsynth
because it sounds cool, looks cool and clarinet is so last
