I played the full ballet version last December. The score called for 4 clarinets: 2 soprano (both A and Bb, I think), bass (don't know if that part also required soprano clarinet), and Eb. The original "Eb" part was in D and contained some A and/or Bb as well, but the part I played from contained only Eb and A clarinet parts, which was convenient.

By the way, playing this was the most fun I've had in orchestra in years. What a part and what a piece!
