I know the edition quite well. As I remember it is (or was) published by
Carl Fischer and in a transposition of the piano part that allowed the work
to be played on an B-flat clarinet.

There are a number of changes that Bellison made. I don't think it to be a
useful edition except for high school kids who don't own an A clarinet. It
was my first exposure to K. 622.
