On the topic of Woodwind Trios, I have one, that
many people find very endearing. The faster movements
are lively and fun, but the crowning jewel in the work is
the slow Second Movement. It is the simplest fugue I've
ever written, but is in 7/8 meter, yet many people have
commented on the depth and beauty of the bittersweet
sorrow in it. It was premiered and recorded on Tuesday,
May 18, 2004, at Northwestern University in Chicago.

"Trio for Flute, Oboe and Bb Clarinet"
(Jan. 2002, 5 mvts., 15 min.)
I Vivace 3' 13"
II Andante: Fugue 4' 26"
III Pastorale 1' 54"
IV Adagio: Aria 4' 05"
V Capriccio 2' 34"
total time: 16' 12"

If anyone is interested in getting scores and parts to
perform it, just contact me.
