Dear Klarinet list,

The 5th annual Claremont Clarinet Festival will be taking place this
summer on the campus of Pomona College, June 13-20.

In addition to masterclasses and private lessons with me, participants
will explore extended techniques and Indian clarinet playing with
William E. Powell, faculty clarinetist at California Institute at the
Arts; Alexander work with Frances Marsden; individual repertoire
coaching with pianists Twyla Meyer and Althea Waites; and clarinet choir
with myself and Dr. Wendy Mazon. The week of study and sharing
culminates in three public concerts in the beautiful Bridges Hall of
Music, in which ALL participants perform solo repertoire and in clarinet
ensembles. We all have a lot of fun!
