of the best new talent on the concert circuit.

=93American Kaleidoscope=94 contains exciting music by Gary Schocker, Sy =

Brandon, Jane Brockman, Robert Russell Bennett, Cynthia Folio, Robert =20=

Wykes, and Philip Parker for flute and clarinet duo performed by the =20
exciting Silverwind Duo. The Silverwind Duo consists of Nicole J. =20
McPherson, principal flutist of the Orchard Park Symphony Orchestra, =20
who also performs with the Chautauqua Symphony Orchestra, the Erie =20
Philharmonic and the Buffalo Philharmonic Orchestra, and clarinetist =20
Andrew Seigel, who teaches at the State University of New York at =20
Fredonia and is active as a chamber and orchestral musician, =20
performing with the Fredonia Wind Quintet, the Fluriano Trio and the =20
Western NY Chamber Orchestra.

The Silverwind Duo presents a colorful combination of flutes and =20
clarinets, offering variations of the standard instrumental =20
combination. The Duo=92s repertoire covers a wide range of styles from =20=

Baroque to Jazz with a large body of contemporary works and new =20
additions to the repertoire written for the ensemble. The Silverwind =20=

Duo has presented recitals and performed throughout Arkansas, =20
