Dear all,

I had the pleasure to listed to the CD "Dedicato" recorded by the
Chalumeau Trio (http://www.chalumeautrio.com/) and would like to
recommend it to everybody who likes modern music.

Compositions by Vincenzo Perrone, Angelo Bellisario, Damiano D'Ambrosio,
Nicola Samale, and Marcel Poot are interpreted by the Italian trio
members (Alessandro Monitillo, Michele Russo, Rocco Debernardis) and
contrast with the trio by Hummel, the only composition in a classical style.

I loved all pieces at first round :-) The contemporary pieces are
"warmed" by the trio, showing a well defined conception of the musical
ideas and offering a homogeneous sound through all instruments,
including the bass and piccolo (Eb) clarinets. Several pieces are not
trivial at all, I should say, but none seems difficult when listened
(which is a very good thing).

I hope you will also enjoy such recording.
