I found some transcriptions of orchestral pieces on the IMSLP (Petrucci) website and other websites with music in the public domain, e.g., Borodin's Polovetsian Dances, Faure's Pavane. They are very lyrical and not that difficult. If you search for "works featuring the clarinet", you will also find a list of solo works, as well as accompanied.
