Ken,

Wow! That's fabulous. Thanks for the link. I have always thought it =20
weird that Rossini would compose a piece for that combination, and =20
there was no record of its first performance, or of clarinetists =20
playing it. As far as I know, Rossini wrote very little chamber =20
music, and nothing using a solo clarinet. Thus such an unusual piece =20
should have been noted way back when.

So has anyone ever played any of Kuffner's music? In the Wikipedia, =20
there's a listing of a clarinet quintet, a serenade, various duets, =20
and a wind quintet.
