Yes - put some orange peel in the bell (if it's a wood clarinet). As
long as the case is opened regularly, the orange peel won't get
moldy, and the wood will humidify/expand so that the ring becomes
snug. Thus, this fix works as a surreptitious practice checking
device as well!!
