In my dictionary, there is admittedly a fine line between "dumb" and
"stupid". Fortunately for me, I tend to stay (most of the time, I hope)
on the "dumb" side. I wrote and posted a cheque. Thanks for your
humour... I have been a tad abashed at "advertising" my having made a
wee site donation to "the world". As a final note, I have yet to meet
a dishonest clarinet player. Had I posted a credit card number, I'd not
be too worried it be mis-used by fellow 'net players.
