Subj: [kl] USPS Priority Mail Rate Increase January 4th

Since I haven't seen any news reports on this in the media, I wanted to
mention that the postal service rates for Priority Mail and Priority
Mail International (international shipments over 4 pounds as far as we
are concerned) will be increased on 4 January.

First Class, Media Mail, and First Class International (under 4 pounds)
are not changing at this time.
