The Imperial Method for the Clarinet by Staats, published by Presser, has the material from pgs 16, 44, and 76 in the American Klose and a whole lot more. It allows you to tailor material more to the individual students needs.
Mark Sausville on the list has a book by Gay or Guy from France that is truly excellent. Perhaps he will give us that title. I wrote it down, but it is still packed away in my move to the new store in Monterey.
