We ordered their CD for our clarinet quartet. Almost all of the pieces
date from before 1923 (usually WAY before), and most of the arrangements
are by the web site author (David Schorr), who has granted the right to
print, play, and perform, but not sell or distribute.

As far as I can tell, it's all completely legitimate, and we are
certainly enjoying them.
