It's actually "with fire", is it not?

Hi.

"Allegro" is an indication for the speed of execution, i.e. for the
"tempo". "Con brio" adds "with vivacity" to such indication.

Interpreting such indications is seldom a mechanical approach, but if
you need a naive recipe, take the metronome and look at the range
corresponding to "Allegro": "Allegro con brio" is in the faster part of
that range.

Personally, I don't tend to interpret "con brio" as a more detailed
specification on the "tempo", but as a suggestion on the mood of the
player :-)

I hope this is helpful.
