Thanks to all of you who replied. This gives me plenty to go on. I had =20=

spent upwards of an hour on Google, but none of these turned up. Many =20=

sites indicated that they carry BAM, but lack of availability seems to =20=

be a common problem. It looks as though they are back-ordered in many =20=

places.

I'm seeing some other brand names as well, and it may be worth it to =20
go there to shop. The shipping/customs/value-added-tax pasting that we =20=

take on imports here in Iceland is enough to justify a short trip to a =20=

nearby city like London to pick up the goods.
