I also use Noteworthy Composer which is "not 'professional quality' but
cheap." The pianist I work with has suggested I get Sibelius or Finale. I do
a lot of transposing, but also write. I'd appreciate any comments on
either program. Particularly regarding ease of moving from Noteworthy - if
anyone has done so- and cost. On the other hand, I'm an amateur, so maybe I
should stay with Noteworthy. Comments appreciated.
