I just got this note from a friend who's a music librarian and a
clarinetist. For the poster who was looking for interesting Tango chamber
combinations, this would appear to be the mother load. There were 40
publications with clarinet and 10 with bass clarinet (some overlap).
Warning: some proficiency in Spanish is required to navigate this site!

EPSA Publishing in Argentina, which focuses on contemporary music having to
do with tango, folk music, song, guitar, and chamber music, offers free
downloads of its scores as pdfs. All that is required is registration at the
site, and the publishers ask that you inform them if you perform or record
