I use Harmony Assistant (mostly to transpose scores),
http://www.myriad-online.com/en/index.htm, and have been reasonably =
happy
with it. It does not appear to import Finale files.

The other problem is that you'd have to have saved the files in ETF =
format
to begin with while you still had a working copy of Finale. Most people =
only
save their Finale files in .mus format. Fred's Finale version is, I =
think he
said, no longer operable on his current (OSX) machine. So the ability to
read .etf files is not much advantage unless you have Finale available =
(in
which case you may as well keep using it) or had the foresight to save =
in
.etf format all along (unusual).
