Wow! I had no idea. The implication here is that Finale .etf files
are not backward incompatible as are the .mus files.
That is, Finale 2008 will not read a Finale 2009 .mus file.

Are you suggesting that Lilypond will read an .etf file written by
any version of Finale? If so, that's very important news.
