Have fun looking at the images. It was a great weekend. These shots from the
first orchestra rehearsals in the new Winspear Opera House, Dallas, Texas
and of the acoustic concert the following day. The hall is still under
construction...but the certificate of occupancy has been issued.
Construction workers all around....lots of hazard. Much industry occurring
before, during and after the two three hour rehearsals. Most of these images
were taken without flash, so some distortion/lack of focus will be evident.
It's the idea that counts. :-) These rehearsals and test concert were all in
preparation for Denyce Graves and Thomas Hampson, in a Gala Opening Concert,
next week.
