this is what Adriano Amore reported few minutes ago on the Italian
mailing list. There is an Italian essay on him:

Unfortunately, I don't own such book, so that I can't report anything
more than this.
BTW, did you play a piece written for clarinet, or some adaptation from
another instrument, e.g. violin?
