I downloaded the MIDI files from some web site as much as a decade
ago but there were some technical problems with a couple of the
files, so I recently imported them into Finale, put in the
articulation and dynamics and regenerated the MIDI files. I've taken
great pleasure in playing large chamber works such as this one either
alone or with just a few players, mainly because of their beauty, but
also because they are works which rarely get played because of the
difficulty of bringing together the required players.
