Anton David and Vincent Springer are discussed in some depth on page 254-257
in Mozart, A Documentary Biography by Otto Erich Deutsch, Stanford
University Press. They are almost certainly mentioned in Pamela Weston's
books on clarinet players.

Tony, if you can get your friend to state what music these men are alleged
to have played (if that information is available at all), I promise you that
I will contact the editor of the still incomplete Neue Koechel Catalog and
suggests that a reference be made to this information. It's that important.

But I would need a specific citation and some precise information..
