I read that as February - in other words in a few months. Am I the only one?

Peter, I hate to put a cloud on your silver lining, but if you are playing
the Mozart concert next Friday, July 31, even if you could get a basset
clarinet by tomorrow you might find yourself in a position of being unable
to play it effectively by next Friday. There is a lot of work below low e
that you are going to have to get technique for.

Playing K. 622 on a basset clarinet for the first time is somewhat akin to
playing K. 622 for the first time.

In effect, it is far too late for you to prepare for a performance of K. 622

on the basset clarinet that takes place next Friday.

Hi folks,

I'm playing the Mozart Concerto this February and am looking into buying a
basset clarinet. I'm wondering if anyone perchance has a used one they might

be looking to sell?

Thanks a lot,
