Frankly, condensation dripping from the palm key holes is pretty much
normal operation on a saxophone. Certain conditions, such as high
humidity and/or very cool air will make the problem worse but it is
an annoyance that you pretty much have to live with. I hate it when
it drips on my hand, too, but that's life. You will notice that the
palm key pads are always the first ones to require replacement. That
is because they always get wet.

I would not go to a technician with this problem unless you want to
give him a good laugh.
