Warm up at home! And get use to the idea that when you show up and
play you do what ever it takes to do the gig. You don't warm up
horns anyway, you warm up yourself if you're ready to go when you walk
out the door, you'll do just fine for the show. There is nobody who
would be getting paid to play a show, would "not play" if these
conditions existed so don't do it if you're volunteering.
