The original 13 instrument version does not have an oboe. It is 1 0 1 1
pf str[2,2,2,2,1]

The orchestral suite is 2[1.2/pic] 2 2 2 - 2 2 2 0 tmp+2 - hp - pf str

This is from the Daniels Orchestra Music Handbook.
