Probably a number of factors. One, they are just getting started, so
they have not yet amortized their development expense. Two, it is a
different process. Legere uses plastic alone. Forestone uses plastic
mixed with ground up cellulose fiber. I can imagine it is a trickier
manufacturing problem to get that kind of mixture through an injection
molding machine. Three, they are trying to judge what the market will
bear. If people pay the $28 price, then they'll stay at $28. If people
don't pay it, then the price will come down. Legere started at $12, and
they're now up to $15 or $18, suggesting that the market is willing to
pay for them.

Their web page specifically says yes, they are working on those
instruments as well.
