It is most certainly a stencil made under contract FOR Conn, but
dating is more difficult. One clue is whether it is stamped "C. G.
Conn" or "C. G. Conn, Ltd." or simply "Conn." The first marking
would place the date prior to about 1915. The last marking would put
it more like 1960's or later. If it is the last marking the serial
number may possibly be valid, since K plus 5 digits would date to 1966-7.
