I've found this to be an excellent instrument. It probably just needs to
be set up--something that wwbw says they do, but I'm not convinced. I
recommend that you take it to your tech who will level and adjust the pads,
regulate pad height, and probably need to do very little else. It will
make a big difference for a small price.
