For those who are considering ICA in Porto 2009:

I just booked a room through www.booking.com at the HF F=E9nix Porto, at =

Euros/night, with breakfast, for two. It's a five minute walk from the =
Casa=20
Da Musica. All the hotel rooms in Porto are just about gone for the ICA=20
dates, so book now, if you are going. What I like about Booking.com is =
that=20
you can cancel with no penalties. I've used them for many trips abroad, =
and=20
they seem to have the best prices.

We've never been to Portugal, so are looking forward to this visit, and =
the=20
Fest.
