For those who are considering ICA in Porto 2009:

I just booked a room through www.booking.com at the HF Fénix Porto, at 59
Euros/night, with breakfast, for two. It's a five minute walk from the Casa
Da Musica. All the hotel rooms in Porto are just about gone for the ICA
dates, so book now, if you are going. What I like about Booking.com is that
you can cancel with no penalties. I've used them for many trips abroad, and
they seem to have the best prices.

We've never been to Portugal, so are looking forward to this visit, and the
Fest.
