Hi Fred.
I understand.
Patelson's is on my memories too... It was the first music sheet shop
outside my country I go in. I remember to spent hours and a big amount =
of
money there...

Best,

Fernando Jos=E9 Silveira

Assunto: [kl] Patelson's

I can't believe it - The Joseph Patelson Music House in New York is=20
closing. What memories of my youth that place has for=20
me. Patelson's and Schirmer's on 49th street in Manhattan were my=20
sources of music starting in the early 1960's. They were also a=20
pleasant trip into Manhattan since I live on the other side of the=20
Hudson in New Jersey. Even the most constant things are being=20
destroyed by today's world situation. When I read the notice, I felt=20
like someone died.

Fred
