I don't know anyone who can tell the difference between E and Fflat although
strictly (I think) they are from different keys. Sadly my ears cannot tell
them apart.

Eeek! That's _very_ nasty -- worse than the transposition problem
because it can only be corrected by manual intervention.

Still, at least unlike the gliss it's clear what the composer _meant_. :-P
