Larry Guy said that he fixed the errors when he reprinted the Bonade
excerpt book which is part of The Complete Daniel Bonade. I am sure if
there are errors he missed he would be happy to fix them in future
printings.

Personally, I recommend the CD-ROMs which have the same errors you will
see if you are playing from the Kalmus and other PD editions.
