I forgot to ask this earlier. I know you perform a fair amount of
contemporary music, as do others on this list. To what extent have you
come across that difficulty in your personal performing experience?

... and ... when this problem arose, was it more often because the
composer had written 'gliss.' for a slide, or 'gliss.' for a scale?
