Just got my package of 10 free reeds from Rico (2, 5-count boxes). No costs
except to send my 10 reeds to them, so they've indeed removed the shipping
and handling charge as was promised earlier.

I was surprised to see that the Mitchell Lurie Premiums are K-cut, just like
Vandorens.
