I shall try these when my neighbours are next out. Thanks for the
description of the embouchure, interesting.
It has to be said that the clarinet is a particularly nasty sound up there,
but it is nonetheless impressive.

There's a few options for the D# - I can get it fingering fifth line
f# with the forked fingering plus the left hand pinky on the B/E key.
and I lift the first finger sometimes depending. But I think he gets
an E, the best I've found for that is 12, 123, and the right hand Eb
key. he changes his embouchure massively for the high notes he
glissandos down from, it *almost* looks like he might be putting his
teeth on the reed - in which case the fingering doesn't matter so much.
