Wow, now that all the rampant institutional "copiers" are coming out
of the closet, it becomes clear what a wide-spread and pervasive
practice this is.

Seems like a GREAT lawsuit, very lucrative indeed...It if were only
illegal!! Too bad it isn't... :-)
