If a second copy is necessary for a page turn, then buy another copy or
memorise it. If you can't memorise it, buy the second copy.

Do you see why a page turn copy could be a pecuniary loss? Not a huge loss,
certainly, but a loss none the less.

Surely the legal principle in civil cases like those of copywrite
infringements is the necessity to prove that damage has been done to
the copywrite holder. This is normally that they have lost sales if
someone else copies a publication. I do not think that where a page
has been copied to save a turnover it would be possible for a
publisher to demonstrate that they had suffered pecuniary loss.
