Well, somehow I didn't get the message below. So I will answer it now. I =

teflon tape on all the joints on all of my instruments Don't create probl=

where they don't exist. Teflon tape ISN"T like ice. Things are snug and s=
ecure =0D
when spaces are filled with tape.=0D

I worked for over twenty years as a certified Aquatics Facility operator an=
d used =0D
teflon tape to seal pipes under pressure (those with 800 gallons of water p=
assing =0D
through every minute. I never had a problem with the tape.=0D

You don't have to use it if you don't want to, but don't insinuate that you=
know it =0D
won't work correctly, when many of us use all the time and have no issues w=
ith it. =0D
Change is so hard for some people, and very easy for the rest of us.=0D
