Hi Jonathon,

I'm no lawyer, but as a composer I'd have a real problem if someone took
my (very) fictional "Concerto for Sousaphone and Clarinet Ensemble" and
performed it as as my "Concerto for Contrabass Clarinet and Clarinet
Ensemble" without my permission. Much more so than if an articulation
was changed.
