Again I am not expert in music as most of you are, but I asked a friend who
does play clarinet and here is what he wrote. He plays semi professionally
while being a professor of chemistry.

I learned a "cadenza" in the adagio of K. 622 - I know it wasn't originally
by Mozart but was written by a more recent clarinetist - I thought Mozart
left the page blank and let the soloist make up his own ? anyway, this
person's "cadenza" is the same one I've heard on recordings and in
broadcasts.
