McGill was playing on one of Morrie Backun's finest Leblancs. It was like a
live advertisement for his clarinet! I saw Morrie at the NAMM recently and
he mentioned that McGill was going to play at the event. I use his barrels
and bells. Julian Bliss was also at the NAMM, and is really amazing, at 19.
He played on his new Bliss line of composite clarinets. They are really fine
instruments. I think I'll pick up one for outdoor use.
